"I have been a2hosting customer for years.. They are the worst company I have ever hosted with.. My sites were down for more than 48 hours yet no response to the support ticket.. Nobody pics up the call even after waiting online for hours.. Live chat is always offline due to a high volume of sales and support requests.. They remove my comments asking for support from thier facebook fan page ! This shows how much they value their customers.. My 100% No to A2hosting.. "

"Seems this company does not care no more about it's hot line or customer support. Tell me how are they supposed to give the "Fast and Friendly" service they are advertising for if... for 2 days in a row, "Live talk" is deactivated (check now just to see if it came back on) Reason given is pasted here: Due to a high volume of sales and support requests, live chat is currently unavailable. We apologize for this inconvenience! Our support tickets take priority during a period of elevated support requests. What they then defined as priority: sent a message at 9AM..it's 3PM..still no answer. One one the problem: "Your account does not have acces to all your databases" ...just that. summing up: we have a non existent online support because our under sized team (underpaid too?) is constantly strugling to attend tons of paying customers to restore a major database failure... I had paid for 3 years in a row, my disk space is way below exeeding limits.Saddly, time is changing, it's not enough to be a good customer - you also need to be an idiot to be pleased with unexistent support - right when you need it...(By the way sorry if we screw your Db...) Message was reveived time for me to move away from the Fast and Friendly (and not-free) service ! "

"I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They take about 24 hours to reply to support questions and I've had sites go down unexpectedly and had to prod A2 to get services back up again. I get frequent php hack attacks to which they simply say 'change your passwords' which is a bit simplistic to say the least."
