"I have a large messageboard and have had nightmares running on a number of services. Mt Vpd with Jaguar has only be seriously down (and hour or more) once. Technical service is not only responsive, but the most intelligent I have dealt with - not perfect - but most answers are intelligent and chase the problem without blaming me."

"I have been with JaguarPC for several years. There have been a few hickups, but what host woudn't have hickups. The real test is when there are hickups does the host fix them quickly and do the right thing by the customer. The answer to that questions is yes. I recommedn JaguarPC for someone who's first priority is service. "

"I've been with Jaguar since they took over Aletia years ago. I've got 4 GigaDeal accounts with them, 3 with multiple domains. I've Never had a problem with them, Ever. Support is always very qiuck and very friendly. In my any years of hosting with them, I've experienced perhaps two, maybe three hours of down-time in total, and I don't think I've ever had a single outage that lasted for perhaps more than 30 or 40 minutes or so. I've been working with web hosts since about 1996. Before Jag, I'd had experience with about a half a dozen other hosting copanies. I'm glad I lucked into Jaguar. (I was with Aletia when Jaguar bought them) I've never seen a better host. I can't say enough about them."

"It has taken 2 weeks for them to register my domain, while they are unresponsive with their online ticketing system and clueless when the ever do respond. They send you to a different tech support every time and every time the person has no idea what is going on. 2 Weeks To Register A Domain Name!!! Wtf? I registered it with their parent/sister company aletianic.com as they told me to. Now they cannot transfer it. So incompetent. Don't Ever Ever Ever Ever go with JaguarPC. They will waste your time, money, and make you miss all your deadlines to the chagrin of your superiors. Stay Away From Jaguarpc!!!"

"Getting ready to bail. As of late customer support is worse than ever. They have always meant well but are not always the brightest bulbs in the marquee, especially when they don't fully read the tickets. They also tend to make a lot of excuses. I have been with them now for almost three years Until recently I didn't have too many problems and the server I was on was fairly fast most of the time. Then without notifying me moved me to another server which is when the problems started. The network it is on is really problematic. They are having trouble keeping up with monitoring things and being proactive - I had to badger them for a few weeks to get the packet losses under control. (literally hundreds of timeouts in a day) Much better now but still worse than it should be. Put in a request yesterday to move me to a more reliable situation but have not been contacted. Lately the response times have been atrocious and it often takes posting in the public forums to get anything done."
