"For over 3 months now I have been run around shamelessly by PacificHost customer service. My website typically takes 20-30 seconds to load on an average day. At this moment my site has been down for over an hour and as usual I will get a response, "when or if they feel like it", and all the response will say - no matter how many times or ways I have asked to know what the problems have been - it is loading fine now! 20-30 seconds to load is obviously not a problem to them. Also, it is not a concern that they never answer questions, never think it is a problem for a site to be down, and will never admit that it was their problem! They just always say it is at my end with my ISP. Does not seem to matter that I have no other problems at my end other than the one website hosted with them! I am leaving ASAP and do not expect my money back because they have lied about everything else, so I can only assume! I cannot imagine that anyone at PacificHost has a clue how to be an ethical person or business entity, in any way! Please note: The last 3 tickets I have submitted within the past 10 days have not received any response other than their auto-responder. Almost 90 minutes and my site is still down."

"Bought a VPS server from them. Everything was fine until recently when they moved my VPS account to a new server. They just sent me an email that they were planning to do the migration but did not inform when the migration was to take place or how long it would take. When I emailed them asking about the time, they did not answer. A few days later I received a message that they moved my account, but nothing worked. I have spent hours trying to get any information from them. Their support is almost nonexistent, one of the support guys even closed the live chat conversation when he did want to answer my question. It has been a week now, most of my websites still do not work (missing databases), I do not have access to WHM panel and Support guys avoid me, their Support Hub is blocked (I cannot submit another support ticket or update any of the existing ones). I do not know if and when the issue will be fixed. Avoid PacificHost. Their prices may be good but the quality of service is below zero. I can also confirm the memory usage problem, although I have only a few websites and they are now mostly dead because of the failed migration, my memory usage is showing currently 93% (!!!). It is usually between 80 and 95%, interesing, is it not?"
