"Although im only on my first month with vpsland, what i have seen so far is excellent. My vps was set up within 2 hours of the payment being cleared. And when i had an issue (my being stupid enough to forget what my password was) i got a responce 19 minutes later with my new password, and this was at 3.30am (website time). So far the longest i have had to wait for a response from customer service is 2 hours. This being during peak time. Longest downtime i have had was only 15 minutes. But after reading other reviews where people have had a downtime of 1 day plus, i do see it being plausible, but isn't a very common occurrence (25 days and only downtime being 15 minutes long) Will defiantly continue to use vpsland in the future."

"I have been using VpsLand for several years and have upgraded and switched from several plans and can say all plans were great both Windows and Linux! I do frequent load checks on the server and the load average figures divided by the Cpu amount is always way less than 1 so they are definitely not overselling! The network is very fast also and I usually get close to my max upload/download rate when using Ftp. One thing I had some trouble with was they had a lot of network problems. My server never actually went down but I wasn't able to access it sometimes for a few hours. I've currently had 54 days of no network interruption so they might of finally fixed the problem. When I first signed up a few years ago the support was pretty bad, usually taking a few days to get a response. As of the last year though I have usually been getting same day responses and in a lot of cases within the hour! I highly recommend VpsLand especially if you need a cheap, fast, and mostly reliable Vps!"

"I've been with Vpsland since the end of September. I have had issues with my server, however none of which the staff at Vpsland could not solve. It's been a great experience using Vpsland. The price is exceptional, the staff of Vpsland seem to understand what to do, and are quite fast at fixing the issue."

"What a waste of time and money. I've got an e-mail log where their tech support promised me if I upgrade my plan my sites will be available more on the internet. They claim uptime and everything is Ok with their servers, but there is no proof. If you have one web site with static Html your going to be Ok. Thats pretty said that a Vps can only serve up 2-3 clients without bogging down internally. The service is a fraud. I've personally notified the Federal Trade Commission and am engageing as many forums as I can to find members to join a class action lawsuit. They flat out betray their customers and have no problems telling you a fib to keep you sending in your money. Heck I've never seen a company clear a payment so fast. Their support also ignores you on purpose around the end of the month, just to make sure they get you for every penny. Dont' fall for it. They are horrible with no respect for their customers. If your a spammer or some kind of low life exploit installer than VpsLand is perfect for you. They don't know nearly enough about what they are doing. What makes me disgusted is a website that had 1500 unique a day died thanks to VpsLand and they wont even admit the sites take 2-3 mins to load! They access, from localhost, and say everything is fine. It is plain as day and most people tend to host their database on a different IP/box for this reason. Just one bone headed configuration in the infrastructure and the rest of the companys life they fib about the state of their network because they can't keep customers long enough to upgrade their equipment. Complete waste of money and as a rule of thumb, anyone without a phone number is Not worth your money. If they can't afford that extra little expense, means they probably still live with their mom. Btw their tech support is a joke. Ask them a loaded question and watch as they escalate it to senior support staff. Jokers. Go steal someone elses money"

"I recommend that you do not use VPSLand because you get what you pay for. I've been a VPSLand customer since 2006 and am now keen to use anyone but them. I used my vps for hosting my email, so critical uptime wasn't a concern and I noted only a handful of outages over the years. After a while I ran out of space and looked for an upgrade, they wanted me to cancel my account and create a fresh one with a new Ip and go through the hassle of redirecting everything. I opted to just clean up and keep my existing account rather than add that hassle. Finally, a couple months ago my vps went down. I couldn't access the server or the control panel. I tried getting support help and was given the runaround constantly. THey wanted me to confirm my support account for some unknown reason. They kept telling me that the vps was corrupted and that I'd need to do a restore of a backup or have it reinstalled. The problem was, every time I suggested that I can't connect to the control panel to restore my backup they'd avoid the suggestion. Finally I got a msg that they'd gone ahead with the reinstall without my permission and told me I should have kept backups via the console. I'm severely displeased with the service I received from them lately from both a technical and customer service level and will be looking to use anyone but them in the future."

"As my title said. was with them for over a year. Vm down a fair bit, support sucks. My credit card expired and they claimed to have emailed me (didn't) and summarily deleted all my data and refuse to provide me with the "backups" they charged me to perform. I would not recommend"
